Sleep is vitally important for children and their parents. Karen shared evidence based practical tips to help children with sensory disability get more sleep. She also shared practical tips for parents with young children experiencing sleep challenges. This session provided advice and suggestions for both parents and professionals supporting clients from the paediatric population.

Presenter:

Karen Willcocks is a Child and Family Health Nurse educator who has been working for Karitane, developing sleep programs with and for parents for almost 20 years.
